Eximsource International Pvt Ltd is a Hyderabad-based merchant export and global sourcing company. We coordinate the full export cycle — sourcing, sampling, quality, documentation and shipping — for buyers across the Gulf and beyond.

Most merchant exporters specialise in a single category. We chose differently. Our buyers rarely need only one thing — a contract furnishings buyer also imports textiles for the same project; a hospital chain sources pharma and medical consumables alongside furniture and uniforms.
Eximsource was set up so that one trade desk can handle all of it — six category groups and twenty verticals running through a single relationship, a single Proforma format, a single point of accountability.
The work is unglamorous: vetting suppliers, walking factory floors during production, scrutinising packing lists, chasing surveyors, filing customs paperwork, and answering the WhatsApp message from the buyer at 10pm asking where the container is. We just commit to doing it well, every time.
